WHAT IS HOME STAGING?

Home Staging is preparing a home for sale in the real estate marketplace with detailing the home with just the right furnishing and artistic accents to increase your homes value and motivate buyers and generate a quicker sale. Our staging techniques focus on improving a property's appeal by insuring it is a welcoming and attractive residence that any buyer can see himself/herself living in and, thus, desiring to purchase.

Desert Wolff uses art, painting, accessories, lights, greenery and more to stage the home, to give your potential buyers a more attractive first impression of the property. Properly executed staging leads the eye to attractive features, while down-playing any possible flaws.

HOW IT WORKS

​

1.     We work together to decide what services are required to increase the value of your home and set an estimated budget to present the house as best we can. This in turn will assist in the house selling far quicker and for more money.

​

2.    Services for staging are paid in the following way: There is a 15% fee paid upon completion of the initial staging. The balance is paid out of escrow when the house sells, you terminate the agreement or 12 months pass from the start date of the signed agreement. The house owners will need to add a rider to their insurance policy.
